Shannon Morrow currently performs regularly in 2 creative ensembles:  Triangle Soundpainting Orchestra and Scene of the Crime Rovers.   In addition, she has created The Whirligig Music Project, an ongoing experimental composition/installation that fosters environmental awareness through engaging participants in listening and responding to the sound around them.

Triangle Soundpainting Orchestra

Soundpainting is the universal live composing sign language created by New York composer Walter Thompson for musicians, dancers, actors, poets, and visual artists working in the medium of structured improvisation. Triangle Soundpainting Orchestra is a 16 piece ensemble of creative musicians who improvise under the direction of Shannon Morrow, along with associate Soundpainters Wendy Spitzer and Stuart Somer.
